Thanks A Bunch to all the NTXCLC members who drove in and entered their cars in the Cowtown Cruisin’ for a Cure - Prostate Cancer car show downtown FT Worth, Saturday, September 20th. Our force of nine Cadillacs had some real beautiful cars in the show amongst the full contingent of 504 auto's. Congratulation!!!! Our Cadillac's winner was Jess Jordan with his 1958 electron blue Cadillac Eldorado Brougham. He was proud to show off its stainless steel top and shiny chrome bullets and bumpers along with all wool mutton carpet, with restoration done by one of our members, Marc Byers Garage. One of my praises goes to Bill Kaufman proudly showing his beautiful red 1954 Series 62 2-Dr hardtop. For we at the club have seen it evolve the last 8 years from rust pile to its pretty coat of red finish at the Cruise. Also, we had Jim Warren’s gorgeous ‘49 sedan, a black beauty, and a real crowd-draw. Bill Hasslein’s Yellow Bird 1967 Cadillac Convertible proudly showed off its coat to a crowd of viewers.
